• Drawings on objects Bureau Idéal

I was born and raised in a small town in the north-west of Italy, layed on the feet of the Alps,
where books were my tool to unveil the world.

With simple and incisive line drawings I dissect the everyday to unfold reflections on identity, human relationships, urban space and history.
In my imaginery, gestures as fixing one’s hair or jumping to reach the moon seem to have the same weight,
within a universe that expresses its beauty on the border between the real and the unreal
and where the magical is reality and viceversa.

My research pushes lines and drawings outside the flat dimension of the sheet of paper,
allowing them to mix with different materials as textile and ceramic, and start moving despite being still.

Since febraury 2017, I live and work in Paris.

Since 2020, I draw for Bureau Idéal.
